Celigo Named a Customers’ Choice in the 2023 Gartner® Peer Insights™ Voice of the Customer for Integration Platform as a Service Worldwide Report



We’re thrilled to announce that Celigo has been named a Customers’ Choice in the 2023 Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for Integration Platform as a Service Worldwide report.

The “Voice of the Customer” is a document that synthesizes Gartner Peer Insights’ reviews into insights for IT decision-makers. This aggregated peer perspective, along with the individual detailed reviews, is complementary to Gartner expert research and can play a key role in your buying process, as it focuses on direct peer experiences of implementing and operating a solution.  In the Voice of the Customer reports, only vendors with 20 or more eligible published reviews (and 15 or more ratings for “Capabilities” and “Support/Delivery”) during the specified 18-month submission period are included. Reviews from vendor partners or end users of companies with less than $50M in revenue are excluded from this methodology.

Vendors that place in the upper-right Customers’ Choice quadrant met or exceeded the market average Overall Experience and the market average User Interest and Adoption. On Celigo’s Gartner Peer Insights profile, our global customers reviewed the Celigo Integration Platform and gave our integration platform as a service (iPaaS) a 94% Willingness to Recommend score based on 182 ratings as of July 11th,2023.

Customers have rated us 4.7 out of 5 in Product Capabilities based on 38 responses, 4.6 out of 5 in Sales Experience based on 33 responses, 4.7 out of 5 in Deployment Experience based on 37 responses, and 4.6 out of 5 in Support Experience based on 37 responses as of April 2023 in the Gartner report.
