Celigo is looking for a Director, GTM Systems with extensive experience in Salesforce and related technologies including HubSpot, NetSuite,DealHub, and Gainsight. The ideal candidate will have both a technical and functional understanding of Salesforce and its varied uses at B2B SaaS companies. A fast-growing team of administrators, analysts and developers will report into this role. 

What would you do, if hired?

  • Collaborate with Sales/Sales Ops, Marketing, Finance/FinOps, Marketplace/Channel, Customer Success, and Professional Services leaders to execute on OKRs (Objectives Key Results)
  • Spearhead initiatives by refining business requirements, designing solutions, and managing deployment activities 
  • Develop and implement a scalable and sustainable methodology for prioritizing between strategic projects, enhancement requests, and system maintenance
  • Own project management  boards and enhancement requests  to drive tasks to completion and identify and escalate risks as necessary
  • Align with business units to plan, schedule, estimate, forecast, coordinate, and manage deliverables 
  • Provide functional and technical direction to project teams
  • Define and track product and team performance KPIs including work backlog
  • Define and execute the growth strategy of the team, including direct hiring and consulting (onshore and/or offshore)
  • Drive continuous improvement and learning by staying current with Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and partner applications
  • Manage and plan environment refresh strategy and new release testing

Who are we looking for?

  • 7+ years experience with Salesforce administration and development  required, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • 3+ years of SaaS experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
  • Experience with DealHub CPQ and/or NetSuite preferred
  • Experience with custom integrations (integrator.io a big plus)
  • Experience with architecting and designing large Salesforce (or other enterprise system) solutions
  • Experience building out a structured Salesforce DevOps process and related tools
  • Experience defining a compliant change management policy for all operations teams to follow
  • Ability to manage remote teams

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $186,000.00 - $230,000.00 a year for this position.  Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
