Celigo is seeking an experienced GTM Business Systems Analyst with significant expertise in the administrative configuration and usage of Salesforce.com CRM. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our Salesforce platform to meet business requirements, improve processes, and enhance user experience. The IT Business Systems Analyst will oversee the implementation of strategy and process for partner channels, improve existing data flows, and recommend operational efficiencies. This role also involves assisting in the configuration and maintenance of Celigo’s PRM to ensure seamless partner on-boarding and enablement. Weekly monitoring and reporting of project updates, working with scrum teams to develop business requirements, and close engagement with enablement teams are regular responsibilities in this role.
What would you do, if hired?
- Administer and configure Salesforce.com CRM to meet business needs and support various teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement Salesforce customizations, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and data management practices.
- Provide user training and ongoing support for Salesforce-related issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation of Salesforce configurations and processes.
- Ensure data integrity and implement best practices for data management and security.
- Plan, scope, and execute Salesforce-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases and updates.
- Implement, educate on, and manage Agile Scrum processes for efficient project delivery and clear accountability.
- Document channel processes, analyze gaps, recommend improvements, and influence workstream execution.
- Report on project updates and present recommendations to leadership.
- Design data flows and create reporting requirements for weekly channel KPIs.
- Implement bi-directional pipeline routing with partners and internal customers.
- Configure PRM systems and work with developers to streamline and scale channel processes.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce.com CRM administration and configuration.
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- 3-5 years of experience as an analyst working in the channel domain.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, functionality, and capabilities.
- Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering within a Salesforce environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse and remote teams.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and project management experience, ideally including implementing, educating on, and managing Agile Scrum processes in a very transparent way.
- Experience working in business technology or operational teams.
- Knowledge data hygiene best practices and advanced reporting in Salesforce and third party tools, such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, etc.
- Experience in Sales, Partner, or Community Cloud.
Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $120,000 per year and $140,000 per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
