As a Professional Services Project Manager, your role is to oversee and manage the successful implementation of the Celigo product for customers. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, coordinating project activities, and ensuring that customer projects are delivered on time, within budget, and following customer requirements. Your expertise in project management, balancing multiple priorities, and stakeholder management will be crucial to drive the successful adoption of the Celigo product for our customers.
What would you do, if hired?
- Project Planning and Strategy:
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to execute a proper handoff from sale to delivery and to ensure the project team has the details required
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates
- Identify and manage potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
- Project Execution and Monitoring:
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring their timely completion
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify and address any deviations from the plan
- Conduct regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder agreement
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure effective and timely communication of project updates, milestones, and issues to stakeholders
- Proactively address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, project notes, budget burndown reports, etc.
- Prepare regular progress reports and project steering committee updates for stakeholders and management
- Administrative:
- Document lessons learned and best practices to improve future implementations
- Ensure timely and consistent entry of project time by team members, and ensure prompt approval of project time entries by coordinating with the project team
- Assist with resource scheduling, managing across multiple projects and priorities
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience working with external clients and handling a variety of different projects simultaneously; capability to managing multiple deadlines
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or other related disciplines
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on iPaaS or integration projects
- At least five (5) years of combined industry experience in at least one of the following areas: enterprise software implementation, project management, or business process consulting
- Prior experience in SaaS / On-Demand, CRM/ERP applications is preferred
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, protocols (REST, SOAP, etc.), and data formats (XML, JSON, etc.) is desirable
Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $95,000 per year and $115,000 for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
