Integrations

Celigo supports multiple types of integrations including application integrations to integrate your entire modern SaaS and legacy tech stack, data integration to replicate data between applications using ELT, B2B integrations to support sharing data with your trading partners via EDI or flat files, and lastly, event-driven integrations that triggers a flow based on a event in an upstream system using webhooks.

The Celigo Marketplace

In the Celigo Marketplace, you’ll find a large library of free prebuilt templates and Business Process Automations to purchase that were created by Celigo and our partners. The Marketplace is where you’ll find solutions that will help you automate up to 100% of your business processes or at minimum give your teams a good running start.

Connectivity

Like with any iPaaS, everything starts with connectivity. We provide multiple ways to connect your apps, including over 200 prebuilt connectors that make it easy for non-technical users to connect SaaS apps, databases, etc. If you have on-premise legacy applications, we can connect those with your cloud stack using our on premise agent. The on-premise agent facilitates a secure connection between the agent on our Cloud service without requiring you to open a dedicated network port. If we don’t have your app listed at a prebuilt connector, no problem, we have a robust set of universal adaptors for HTTP, FTP, REST that enables you to connect virtually anything to anything.

Monitor & Operate

Creating flows is one thing, but we all know the real cost of integration is the ongoing maintenance. We’ve put a lot of focus on making sure our platform delivers the lowest total cost of ownership in the industry. Our dashboard is intuitive and designed to enable IT to turn over the management and monitoring of business process automations to non-technical resources or for line-of-business users to own their automations without IT. Our error messages are easily understandable and don’t require developer resources to resolve, unlike many of our competitors. We’ve trained an AI to understand and classify every API so error messages are consistent, even if we’ve never worked with that API before. Additionally, we auto-resolve repetitive errors once we’ve seen the error has been fixed, saving you many hours of manually resolving repeat errors. A good example is if an endpoint is unexpectedly down and generates numerous errors everytime a flow tries to run. Once the endpoint is back up and we successfully deliver data, we will auto-resolve all the errors and send you an email to tell you what we did. Autonomous recovery capabilities is an area of investment for us to continue with our commitment to reduce the cost and time to maintain the automations.

Governance, Security & Compliance, and Scalable Infrastructure

The Celigo Platform has SOC2 Type II reports available, and is GDPR, HIPAA, FERPA and US/CCPA ready. With secure endpoints selected, we encrypt all data end to end including at rest and in motion and we do not persist your data any longer than is necessary to move it. Administrators can monitor activities and every change is captured in an activity log. We actively help you manage connector policies, especially managing concurrency so your flows are optimized for speed and volume. Lastly, because we are cloud-native, the Platform has no practical limits including the number of flows running or volume of data moving through it. Unlike some of our competitors, you never have to worry about increasing storage capacity or that transaction volumes are too high and will slow performance.

Business Process Automation

One of the things unique to Celigo is we are the only iPaaS with a Business Process Automation Framework. The Framework enables our Product teams, as well as certified third-party developers, to take a set of flows that automate a business process end to end and package it as a Business Process Automation.

The Business Process Automation Framework allows developers to embed business logic into the flows with centralized configuration settings that impacts the behavior of multiple flows. The embedded business logic comes from best practice learnings from thousands of customers in combination with Celigo or our partners industry expertise. The net result is a no-code UX that enables non-technical business users to implement complex business processes like order to cash by simply selecting configuration settings while also ensuring they are following industry best practices.

Developer Workspace

While we are the only iPaaS with prebuilt business process automations, you are never locked into any of the prebuilt solutions as everything is extensible and you can easily create custom flows to meet your unique business process automation needs. The Developer Workspace is where you’ll spend most of your time if you are building custom flows. Here you’ll find all the tools you need to extract, filter, map, transform and load data, creating simple to highly complex integration flows. The low-code UX is designed to enable non-technical users with the confidence to automate their business processes without IT. This include AI/ML driven features like Automapping (suggests field mapping based on learnings from hundreds of customers examples where they successfully integrated same apps) to help speed up flow development. For more complex integrations where custom code is required, literally with one click, developer tools are exposed that enable, among other things, JavaScript to be added anywhere in a flow.
