Meet the senior executives who are guiding and shaping Celigo’s future.
Jan Arendtsz
Founder and CEO
Jan Arendtsz is the Founder and CEO of Celigo and a veteran of the software industry with more than 25 years of experience in product development, business development, sales, customer success, and marketing. He founded Celigo with the goal of simplifying how companies integrate, automate, and optimize business processes across the enterprise. He is responsible for overseeing all company operations.
Prior to Celigo, Jan was a Director at NetSuite, the leading cloud-based ERP platform, where he launched their integration platform. Prior to that, Jan worked for Cambridge Technology Partners, where he implemented complex business solutions for customers ranging from internet startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Jan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
Scott Henderson
Chief Technology Officer
Scott Henderson has worked in the enterprise software space since 2003, focusing largely on emerging technologies and applying them to business software integration problems.
Scott was Celigo’s first engineer and has since led the company through multiple technology shifts. Scott is responsible for Celigo’s product engineering operations along with Celigo’s product technology strategy, and oversees a global engineering force driving Celigo’s development and innovation.
Scott holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
Steve Sutter
Chief Financial Officer
Steve Sutter brings to Celigo over 20 years senior financial and operational leadership experience within high growth, business to business, software and SaaS companies. He is responsible for accounting, finance, legal, HR and business operations teams at Celigo. Most recently Steve spent seven years serving as CFO of Egnyte, a SaaS content services platform, where he helped lead the company from early stage through 100 million in recurring revenue.
Prior to that he held CFO roles at Eye-Fi, Elance, and Netfish Technologies; he started his career with KPMG in San Jose.
Steve holds a Bachelor’s of Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in Accounting and is Certified Public Accountant, inactive.
Matt Graney
Chief Product Officer
Matt Graney is a seasoned product management leader with over 20 years experience in the discipline across B2B software enterprises and startups. At Celigo, Matt is responsible for the company’s overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Prior to joining Celigo, Matt held senior product management roles at Axway, an integration middleware vendor, where he was responsible for the global portfolio strategy. Before that, Matt led product management for strategic products at Borland Software and Telelogic (now part of IBM Rational). Matt began his career as a software engineer in the defense and telecommunications industries in Australia.
Matt holds a B.E. in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Adelaide, Australia.
Sue Fellows
Chief Customer Officer
Sue Fellows brings over 25 years of experience in technology leadership. She’s spent her career in customer-facing roles and has successfully built and led post-sales functions, including professional services, support, customer success, training, operations, and project management operations. Before joining Celigo, she held leadership roles in companies of various sizes and industries, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, including Oracle and Adobe.
At Celigo, she oversees all post-sales customer success, professional services, and support functions.
Sue holds a BA in Business Management from Goucher College and an MBA from George Washington University.
James Whitemore
Chief Growth Officer
James Whitemore brings 25 + years of experience leading marketing organizations in both startups and large tech companies. Most recently, he was the CMO at NetApp, a Fortune 500 company, and played a significant role in building their cloud business from zero to a $500m + run rate. Prior to NetApp, James led marketing organizations at two very successful startups, Smoothstone and SolidFire, both of which grew fast and led big technology shifts in networking and cloud storage. In his early career, James led sales and marketing teams at IBM and Sun Microsystems and had the opportunity to live and work in Europe, Asia, and the US.
Throughout his career, James has demonstrated the ability to align sales and marketing teams to drive significant revenue growth and market expansion. He is passionate about both the art and science of marketing and is known to be an innovative leader and a team player with a real entrepreneurial spirit.
James is originally from the UK but has lived in the US for the past 25 years. He currently lives in Boulder, CO. He is also a strong ally of the LGBTQ community and volunteers for several organizations that promote and support mental health for LGBTQ teens.
Rod Hamlin
SVP, Partnerships and Corporate Development
Rod Hamlin brings over 20 years in leadership roles in technology. He oversees all partner operations at Celigo.
Before joining Celigo, Rod served as Senior Vice President of Global Development and General Manager of EMEA for H2O.ai, the open-source leader in Generative AI and machine learning, where he dedicated three years to developing pivotal global partnerships and nurturing channels and cloud alliances.
Previously, Rod ran global business development at Silk, a leading data virtualization platform provider. He also served as Vice President of Global Alliances and Strategic Partnerships at Redis, a real-time data platform leader.
Rod hold an MBA from Seattle University and BA in Communication Arts from Pacific Lutheran University.
Soren Riisgaard
Chief of Staff
Soren Riisgaard brings more than 20 years of experience in the Software, SaaS, and technology space. He joins us from FinancialForce, where he served as the VP of Corporate Strategy & Business Operations, overseeing efforts to scale the company and successfully growing revenue by 4x.
Before FinancialForce, Soren worked at KMD, an ERP vendor in Northern Europe based in Denmark. At KMD, he was responsible for Corporate Strategy and M&A, with a focus later in his tenure on optimizing the company and its business processes, including building their nearshore presence. Previously, Soren worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. for several years, serving technology clients across Europe, the Middle East, and the US. He started his career as a software developer at NNIT in Denmark, serving pharmaceutical customers.
Soren has an MS in Computer Science from DTU in Denmark and has also taken graduate courses at MIT.
Suresh Pandian
SVP, Engineering
Suresh Pandian has worked in technology for over 30 years. He has built multiple cloud-native systems, scaled engineering teams, worked in the iPaaS and data integration space, co-founded a company, and much more.
He currently leads Celigo’s global engineering operations. Before joining Celigo, Suresh was VP of Development at Informatica. He was responsible for Core Cloud Platform, iPaaS, Cloud Catalog & Governance, and Global Operations. Prior to Informatica, Suresh co-founded and grew Neptune Technologies, building real-time embedded systems and eCommerce platforms before facilitating a merger with Sand Hill Systems and transforming it into a CRM product company.
Suresh holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering, and has five patents.
Chris Corcoran
General Manager, CloudExtend
Chris Corcoran is a veteran of nearly four decades in the software industry. He was a co-founder and CEO of Market Share, Inc. from 1986-2011 and oversaw the successful sale of the business to Apps, Inc. Chris was an early adopter of cloud computing, and Market Share, Inc. was one of NetSuite’s first customers in 1999. Chris attributes the rapid yet manageable growth of his company to his decision to implement NetSuite.
After the sale of Market Share, Inc., Chris became one of Celigo’s early employees as he was hired to head up the Account Management team in December of 2012. In 2018, Chris oversaw the spinout of Celigo’s CloudExtend subsidiary from the SmartClient portfolio of products.
Chris holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.
Tony Deblauwe
VP, Human Resources
Tony Deblauwe has an extensive 20+ year career managing HR in a variety of Silicon Valley companies.
Prior to Celigo, Tony led HR at Symphony, where he scaled the HR department for growth, including doubling headcount and adding new international locations. Prior to Symphony, Tony managed HR at other fast-growth start-ups including Apttus and Hortonworks, both resulting in successful exits. Tony’s experience extends to the enterprise, as well with key roles at Citrix and Nokia where he focused on M&A, global leadership programs and various culture and talent initiatives. In addition to his organizational work, he is a published author and app developer.
Tony holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Human Resources from the University of San Francisco.
