Jan Arendtsz

Founder and CEO

Jan Arendtsz is a veteran of the software industry with more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, product development, and customer success. He founded Celigo with the goal of simplifying how companies integrate business applications together for a connected enterprise. He is responsible for overseeing all company operations.

Prior to Celigo, Jan was a Director at NetSuite, the leading cloud-based ERP platform, where he launched their integration platform. Prior to that, Jan worked for Cambridge Technology Partners, where he implemented complex business solutions for a multitude of customers ranging from Internet startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Jan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.

Scott Henderson

Chief Technology Officer

Scott Henderson has worked in the enterprise software space since 2003, focusing largely on emerging technologies and applying them to business software integration problems.

Scott was Celigo’s first engineer and has since led the company through multiple technology shifts. He is always reading and toying with new ideas and loves working with talented developers that have a knack for both engineering and design. Scott currently oversees Celigo’s product engineering operations along with Celigo’s product technology strategy.

Scott holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Shane Kent

Chief Revenue Officer

Shane comes to Celigo from OpenLegacy, where he launched the company into the North American market. At OpenLegacy, Shane owned sales, pre-sales, customer success, solutions engineering, and marketing functions and was responsible for go-to-market strategy, commercial modeling, hiring, and enablement in standing up and operationalizing the NA team.

Prior to OpenLegacy, Shane spent four years at Talend, where he was SVP/GM of the Americas. During his time at Talend, Shane led the Americas Team to be the top region globally while growing NA to represent nearly half of Talend’s annual revenues. In addition to his time in the integration space, Shane spent ten years at Verint systems in several sales and services leadership roles. He was responsible for incubating acquired companies before rolling them into the rest of the sales organization’s product portfolio. Shane started his career as a performance management consultant working for boutique consulting companies.

Shane has a BSBA in Marketing from Villanova University (Go Cats!) and MBA from Drexel University.

Matt Graney

Chief Product Officer

Matt Graney is a seasoned product management leader with over 15 years experience in the discipline across B2B software enterprises and startups. At Celigo, Matt is responsible for the company’s overall product vision, strategy and roadmap.

Prior to joining Celigo, Matt held senior product management roles at Axway, an integration middleware vendor, where he was responsible for the global portfolio strategy. Before that, Matt led product management for strategic products at Borland Software and Telelogic (now part of IBM Rational). Matt began his career as a software engineer in the defense and telecommunications industries in Australia.

Matt holds a B.E. in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Adelaide, Australia.

Asad Siddiqui

Chief Information Officer

Asad is a seasoned technology executive who brings extensive experience in Business Technology, Data Analytics, Security, IT Infrastructure and Global Operations. He specializes in supporting fast growing global businesses with SaaS B2C and B2B business models. As a member of Celigo’s executive team, Asad is leading our company’s technology strategy and operations.

Prior to Celigo, Asad has held several leadership positions with the most recent ones being at Asana where he was the VP/Head of Enterprise Technology helping scale their SaaS business along with supporting its IPO direct listing. Before that, Asad was leading Business Technology and IT teams at LinkedIn, Zynga and other reputed technology companies all of which scaled to billion dollar businesses. Asad started his career as a product engineer in the FinTech space and transitioned into business architecture and IT infra operations.

Asad holds an MS & B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. He loves being outdoors hiking, biking and traveling to new places to appreciate the diversity of culture our planet has to offer.

Suresh Pandian

SVP of Engineering

Suresh brings extensive experience to Celigo. He has done it all: built multiple cloud native systems, scaled engineering teams, worked in the iPaaS and data integration space, co-founded a company, and much more.

Before joining Celigo, Suresh was VP of Development at Informatica. He was responsible for Core Cloud Platform, iPaaS, Cloud Catalog & Governance, and Global Operations. Prior to Informatica, Suresh co-founded and grew Neptune Technologies, building real-time embedded systems and eCommerce platforms before facilitating a merger with Sand Hill Systems and transforming it into a CRM product company.

Suresh holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering, and has five patents. He enjoys gardening, and has an organic garden in his backyard. He likes to walk his dog Roxy. Suresh lives in Sunnyvale with his wife and son.

Mark Simon

VP of Strategy

Mark is the VP of Strategy at Celigo and for over 4 years has been helping Celigo’s top customers find success on their digital transformation journeys. Mark’s background prior to Celigo includes his beginnings as a software developer, to becoming CTO of a successful high-growth ecommerce startup, and then spending 8 years leading the Professional Services practice for one of the largest and most successful NetSuite VARs, Explore Consulting.

Rico Andrade

VP of Marketing

Rico oversees Celigo’s marketing organization, where he is responsible for the company’s brand, messaging, demand generation, outreach programs, events, and communications. Prior to joining Celigo, Rico was VP of Marketing at iCharts, significantly enhancing the company’s visibility and reputation inside the NetSuite ecosystem. He spent 13 years as the Executive Producer at Transvideo Studios, where he worked closely on marketing strategy with some of the biggest companies in Silicon Valley.

Parveen Mittal

General Manager, India

Parveen has over two decades of experience working with medium and large enterprises, such as Oracle (OCI infrastructure service), SAP, HP, and Autonomy. He has also been a co-founder of two startups in the cloud space. He has built and grown teams in India and scaled enterprise software products from zero to $100+ million. Parveen’s experience in scaling teams for established PaaS and SaaS companies during different phases of their growth cycles will undoubtedly be an asset as we scale.

Parveen holds an undergraduate degree in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Parveen Lives in Bangalore, India, with his wife, Ruchika, two daughters, Chavi (17) and Gauri (13), his parents, and a lazy lab, Leo. He plans to visit Hyderabad regularly.

When not busy with work and meeting the two teenagers’ demands on his time, Parveen likes running, trekking, and reading (especially military history).

Chris Corcoran

General Manager, CloudExtend

Chris Corcoran was a co-founder and CEO of Market Share, Inc. from 1986-2011 and oversaw the successful sale of the business to Apps, Inc. Chris was an early adopter of cloud computing, and Market Share, Inc. was one of NetSuite’s first customers in 1999. Chris attributes the rapid yet manageable growth of his company to his decision to implement NetSuite.

After the sale of Market Share, Inc., Chris fulfilled a one year consulting agreement with Apps, Inc. and subsequently met the leadership team at Celigo. An immediate bond was formed and he was hired to head up the Account Management team in December of 2012.

Chris holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and loves to travel with his wife and 3 daughters while not working.
